The Rivers Cancer Center (RCC) is a partnership between the River Falls Medical Clinic, the River Falls Area Hospital and Minnesota Oncology to provide local, comprehensive, and multidisciplinary cancer care services to patients in western Wisconsin. The program recognizes the central role of the patient and their primary care physician in the prevention and treatment of cancer.

The Rivers Cancer Center is a physician led and directed program which features a Community Hospital Cancer Program as defined by and accredited by the Commission on Cancer (CoC). We are affiliated with the Virginia Piper Cancer Institute which allows our program to mobilize whatever cancer expertise and services are necessary to support our patients and to reduce the burden of cancer in our communities.

We strive to be truly patient-centered by providing an extensive range of medical and surgical treatment options coupled with personalized and efficient care coordination and survivorship services.

We are affiliated with the Virginia Piper Cancer Institute, one of the largest cancer programs in the region, which allows us to benefit from “system” efficiencies such as regular quality monitoring and reporting, distribution of information through electronic records, and immediate consultations for highly specialized situations. The end result is that we are able to provide a consistently exceptional patient care experience.
